The Conference Formula is an independent Global Conference and Event Planning Company based in the South West of England, organising conferences, meetings and all types of events worldwide.

The Conference Formula is about creating, planning and ensuring the success of your event, using a wealth of experience gained across the industry over a period of 10 years. The company is one of honesty, openness, capability and flexibility .The motivation comes from the desire and challenge to create a personalised event which excels in every way.

The Conference Formula was formed by Louise D'Aguilar. She has worked on both sides of the industry, handling large conferences, corporate and specialised events. Her experience in major venues means that she understands how venues work, and therefore can be one step ahead of them and knows how to get the best out of them.

Louise has managed many programmes around the world from small meetings to large scale conferences and specialised events.  Her in-depth knowledge of European and Latin American venues along with established relationships with local suppliers means she is able to gain the best possible result, in terms of event creativity and best value for money.


Louise has a number of additional support staff located all over the world who work with her on a project basis.
